1. How do I place an order?
You can browse our weekly menu and place your order directly through our website. Simply select your meals, add them to your cart, and check out.

2. When is the order deadline?
Orders must be placed by 12PM ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE DELIVERY DAY (UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE).

4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, we require a minimum order of $60 to ensure quality and efficient delivery service.

5. What types of meals do you offer?
Our menu includes MEAL PREP BUNDLES, family-style options, individual portions, and kid-friendly meals. We focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and low-sodium, no-package cooking.

6. Do you accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions?
WE CURRENTLY DO NOT ALLOW FOR CUSTOMIZATION OF MEALS, BUT WE DO HAVE MANY GLUTEN-SENSITIVE, DAIRY-FREE, VEGETARIAN, VEGAN AND LOW-CARB OPTIONS.

7. Are your ingredients organic?
WHILE WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL OF OUR PRODUCT IS ORGANIC, We source the highest quality ingredients and use organic and locally sourced products whenever possible. OUR MEAT IS PROVIDED BY FORUM MEATS AND IS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY.

8. Are meals pre-cooked or ready to eat?
Our meals are fully prepared and only need to be reheated. Heating instructions are included with every order.

10. When are deliveries made?
Deliveries are scheduled for MONDAYS (3 - 7PM) AND THURSDAY (3 - 7PM) UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

11. How are meals delivered?
Meals are delivered in insulated totes with ice packs to keep them fresh.

12. What should I do with the delivery bag?
We kindly ask that you return the insulated bags and ice packs during your next delivery to help us maintain sustainability.

13. Do you offer meal subscriptions?
At the moment, we are focusing on individual and family-style orders. Stay tuned as we reevaluate and may offer subscriptions in the future.
